Fast Track

Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Macrogen, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Fast Track platform. This Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage them.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and improve your overall experience. In addition to cookies, we use similar browser storage technologies such as localStorage.

2. Cookies We Use

Fast Track uses only essential cookies and storage technologies:

  • Authentication cookie — a refresh token stored as an HttpOnly cookie to keep your session active. It is removed on logout or expiry.
  • Language preference cookie (macseq_lang) — remembers your chosen display language so pages are served in the same language on your next visit.
  • localStorage — used for the access token (staying signed in), language and currency preferences, and temporarily saving an order in progress. This data is stored only in your browser.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or tracking. However, during checkout our payment processor Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. Please refer to Stripe's cookie policy for details.

4. Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that blocking essential cookies may prevent core features of the platform — such as signing in or keeping your language preference — from working properly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to our services or applicable law. Material changes will be announced on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
